This spacious basement two-bedroom suite offers a private bathroom, partial kitchen and sitting area, making it the ideal choice for families or friends looking to enjoy their stay in each other's company.

Please note that the stairway leading to the basement suite is quite narrow, especially if you are travelling with a large suitcase. Guests with mobility difficulties may also find the staircase challenging.

When booking a room on our website, you will find a convenient checkbox option to request a parking space. We offer pre-reserved on-site parking at $10 per night, subject to availability.

Our driveway is quite narrow, and the parking area can accommodate up to three small or regular-size vehicles during the warmer months.

From December through March, parking cannot be pre-reserved due to snow accumulation and snow removal. During this period, we can accommodate a maximum of two vehicles, subject to availability at the time of arrival.

We understand that parking is an essential consideration for our guests, and we aim to make it as hassle-free as possible. Additionally, there are other parking options:

       Taxes: A 6% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) will be added to the room price, and a 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be applied to the total price to comply with tax regulations.

     Continental Breakfast (extra): A self-served continental breakfast for $5/person/day.

• Flexible Cancellation: We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your reservation with no charges if you notify us at least 3 days before your scheduled check-in time.

• Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 3 days before your scheduled check-in, one night's stay will be charged to your credit card.

• No Upfront Charges: Rest assured that no funds will be processed on your credit card until your arrival, allowing you to book with peace of mind.

• Earliest Check-In Time: 1:00 PM. Front desk check in between 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM. Self check in (with a door code) after 5:00 PM. Please kindly inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so that we can ensure a smooth check-in process.

• Latest Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM. We kindly request that guests check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. This allows us to prepare the room for incoming guests and maintain the efficiency of our operations.
